Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Pure Play is confused. I have never received the $because I could never claim it. When I won in November of Pure Play told me (***) that I did win but their system malfunctioned that night and my request to be paid had been sent to accounts payable. Many, many email later and now over one year I still have not been paid the $20.00. They told me then had sent me the money but the check was returned to them. February on 2016. They sent the check to James ***, *** *** ***. But to the state of Kansas, not California. That was why it was returned to them. The sent me an email and I sent them my address again. I have resent them most of the emails I have concerning this issue. They have responded in saying that they will look into it. I have also asked for a copy of the check they said they sent mo for the $and they have not done so. Also requested the back of the check to see my signature. As of today they have not done that either. They seem confused as that all my winnings listed on what I have won have been sent and cashed. That is true but the $in question has never been put on my "Claim Prize" so I have never claimed it nor cashed it. Now a Jenny at Pure Play is looking into this. There was also a Kelton who told me I would be paid within days. The days expired in September of 2017. I would like my $that is owed to me. Sincerely,James ***
