Purest Skin Care

The company sent me a letter stating that I was going to be one of their test subjects for CBD oil and that I would only pay shipping and handling charges which I agreed to. I looked at my statement from Discover Card and found out that in addition to the shipping and handling charges, they were charging me $92.48 for the CBD oil. The company said that they would call me after a few days to find out if I wanted this item going forward. No one called me; that's why I am instituting a complaint.

On 12/12/17 on bought a sample through mail of their product in the amount of $4.95. After reading through their entire ad I saw that if I didn't cancel within 7 or 14 days. I believe it was 7 day's? I would agree for them to send me their product every month in the amount of $89.85. I quickly called them and cancelled as I wouldn't even if I could afford to pay that much money for their product!!! The man answering the phone said "Okay your subscription is now cancelled" next thing I find out that they did in fact charge my card $89.85. I was so angry. Because I'm on SSDI and I simply can't afford exspensive items. So, I've attempted many times to call them. But, it's a call center and they say that nobody can help me. So, I called my bank and filed a dispute for that charge. And then I paid off my card. I every now and then check my card to make sure there's nothing on there that shouldn't be. I was ill for awhile and hadn't caught it as quickly as I should have but, I lost the dispute. And I want my money back!!! Plus they didn't even send me anything for that $89.95!!! So, I can't get this escalated fraud team department to file a claim and I can't get anybody from the company to help me. So, I really need your help getting my money back. My back is against the wall!!! If you need any further information, please let me know and I'll send it to you. What they did to me is wrong and in my eyes. They stole $89.95 from me for nothing in return. Not that I wanted it anyway. But, it makes me wonder how many other people have been scammed by this company?
