we test drove veh miles no problem found also had master techs ck out veh no codes or problems found need veh to act up or register a code will be glad to recheck veh if problem persist
we found no codes in the system of said car we also did not experience any problems but the cust is always right I call cust and oked gm to give her a $free maintenance cert no futher action will be offered from richard karr motors hope we can serve her needs in the future *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: while I understand you worked on my
car and did what you mentioned in your response - you did not want to go beyond that to figure out what was wrong with my vehicleI had to take it to FtWorth to the dealership I purchased it from and within a very short time they were able to find an error code and fix the issueI don't understand why it was so easy for the FtWorth dealership to find the problem and you could not The entire experience with your dealership was not what you advertisePoor customer service from the service advisor *** * and the fact you were not willing to keep my vehicle until the issue was foundNot acceptable! I have since spoken with *** *** regarding this matterAll I am looking for to resolve this claim at this point is to better your customer service and do what you can to fix the customer issue if it's not immediately found
