In January of my husband, [redacted] and I, purchased a Dodge Dakota from Timebuyer in Massena, NY and withing the first days while under warranty we brought this truck back times to have things fixed on it Some problems were taken care of, some were half done, and others were not fixed and then they wouldn't fix because we weren't under warranty The truck was returned to them on either 2/2/or 2/3/because we didn't find the truck to be safe to drive anymore and no mechanic could figure out what was wrong with it either The truck would either stall out or completely quit for no reason and sense then I have had to purchase another truck outright so I could get back and worth to work They are trying to get us to pay for the truck that they now have possession of; and we just want no part of the truck anymore Is there any type of lemon law that would come into affect to stop them from being able to garnish our wages or report to the credit bureaus; thi
We have had problem after problem with the vanWe have had the van in the shop several times for different problemsTimebuyers fixed the van the cheapest way possibleTransmission was replaced in August and went out again on 1/18/and as of today 2/17/we still do not have the van backMy husband and I call every other day and have been told it was the cv shaftThats been replaced then different sensorsThen the control module, and on the 17th we were told its the transfer case, and another sensorMy husband and I both work and are dependent on a vehicleWe also have children that have appointments

I bought a Jeep Liberty from this company on 2/19/Not even a month after having the car the check engine light came on and it just went downhill from than on It took them times to fix the reoccurring check engine light issue I almost got in an accident because after it came back from their dealership a week later after having the engine replaced my power steering pump broke Then I took it to a local garage and found out they sold me this car with no back breaks, needing new rotors and calipers and a wheel bearing and a tie rod that were all so badly rusted onto the wheel I also had no emergency break pad They snuck this car through inspection and are lucky I did not get killed in this death trap They offered to give me a new car but said I'd have to put a down payment down and also would not give me the almost $I've put into this car towards a new car They are selling people death traps and pierces of st and getting away with it I just want my money b
