Hello, You have never been billed for the cost of our product. You have been refunded the cost of the trial and will be receiving the check within a week.
Ordered product and not satisfied with product,so I returned full product by express mail on 3/30/2018.I have called them repeatedly about my refund to no avail.They have promised every time that I call which is several to forward my refund.But 60 days later,I have yet to get my money.They had no problem taking the monies out of my account but they make excuse after excuse why they can not put my monies back. I would like them investigated to see how many other customers have had the same problem with them.

Refund Put my money back into my account or send a check to my house. And no more excuses or playing around with my money. And because of their business practices or lack of, i would never do business with them again. Not a trustworthy company. Something is just not right with the company. May be a scam or something.

I accept their response. But when will I receive my refund check? I have been waiting for more than a month in a half. They keep promising to send my check but I have yet to receive my refund. Exactly,how much longer is this process going to take?
As of June 14th, I have not received my refund /check and /or any correspondence from the purevitamen company. They continue to forfeit and not hold up to the agreement or to send my refund check. I hope that you can contact them again and find out why they have not forwarded my check.

Company is giving me the run around concerning my refund. Have called numerous times and days and they continue to avoid sending me my refund.
Purchased 2 products on 11/11/17. Both products were suppose to be free trials but later I was billed for 2 separate amounts for additional products that they had sent.
I called them and they told me to send the unused products back and I would be refunded for the 2 products.
I sent both products back and I did not receive a refund of one of the products until I called and complained.
A week later I received a refund to my credit card for 1 product. The other product was and has not been refunded yet.
I have call numerous times and days trying to speak to someone in charge to refund my money ($95.13).
I keep being told that a supervisor will return my call and no one calls. I have asked and been told this by several different people who answer the phone. (Sam, Ryan, & Alan)
I asked the person on the other end where he was located and he told me he was in India.
Both products were sent back unopened.
I have been trying to get my other refund back for over a month.
My credit card has been changed to protect me from further charges.
I am requesting that they send me my refund to my home address.

They tell me that the order has been cancelled but I'm not inclined to believe anything they say at this point.

scam - they are scaming people and do not help when called !!!
they offer FREE TRAIL but in fine print start charging you money - and WAY TOO MUCH ..... total scam
We attempted to trial a 14 day vitamin from this company on Oct 8. We never received the vitamin.
We signed up for a fourteen day trial, we never received the medication. We attempted to contact the company and get to the bottom of the problem and was unsuccessful due to lack of information received upon ordering. I noticed about a month and a half later on my bank statement that I had not one but two companies charge my card. I immediately called the bank to much of my surprised this company had done more than charge the 6.95/8.95 charges, they charged in excess of $465!!!! I emailed the company after receiving help from my banker. Explaining that we never received the trial nor did we every NOR WOULD WE EVER agreed to almost 200$ a month for vitamins! NOONE has called me back, returned my funds, nor email a response. This company charges under two different names, then proclaims its not the same company. IT IS THE SAME COMPANY, we only signed up for one trial and in the small print it indicated that we would pay 6.95, AND 8.95.
We want a full refund, we never got the vitamins nor do we want them now, this company should be shut down point blank period. i have filed a dispute with my bank but i want to ensure they dont railroad any more people.
I returned my product over 45 days ago. Sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls. I still have no refund.
I have called multiple times and made multiple calls. I keep getting told to wait more. This is total runaround.
