june 2022 I hired this company for cleaning the AC duct. I was not satisfied with the service, so they make a follow up cleaning on Dec 22,2022. This time the cleaning was good, but when the employee did the cleaning he broke my light shade and bruise my hardwood floor. They said they would buy a new shade for me and fix the floor. After the employee left I called the company ask them to return early since I will have a party in my home. but now 4 month passed, no body call me, the company keep silent as if nothing happened.
the second time cleaning was good enough. I can understand they break my shade and bruise my floor. But I can not understand why they keep silent for 4 monthe. the company is broken or not?

The technician was friendly but respectful. He was able to perform the needed work prior to cleaning the ducts on the same visit. He was willing to work with me regarding payment. He greeted the dog and made her comfortable with his presence and even checked whether I was aware of the workmen parked in front of my house. His work was thorough and things were in order before he left.

I am a returning customer of Purified Air and am MOST pleased. No heat yesterday at the house we are renovating, called Lucas at Purified Air this morning at 8, and heat was back on by 12:30 today!! We purchased a coupon for air duct cleaning. When the technician came out on 1/26/15, he did a very thorough inspection of both of our units prior to the cleaning. He identified a significant mold problem and took the time to completely treat the mold prior to cleaning the ducts. I was very pleased with the service and look forward to breathing healtier air!

In November, a representative from Purified Air Solutions came to my home cleaned my air ducts. The representative, [redacted] (I believe was his name) was very knowledgable, polite, courteous and provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. I highly recommend PAS to my friends, family and anyone else who can utilize this service. It is probably the best in home service I have ever experienced, hands down.

Purified air solutions came out and cleaned our air ducts. The crew was very clean professional and were on time. They found mold in my AC unit which upset me, I have a yearly contract with a big company in town which never pointed it out and showed me... I called several other companies while they were here cleaning our ducts and they were over 30% cheaper than the other companies. I would highly recommend this company and it has been a week and my sinus have cleared up. I can't say enough about how great this company is.
