Customer has been contacted on 9/28/to try and resolve her issueAn offer was made for a feed credit and the customer decline the offer Customer in turned sent invoices for the cost of the chickens I told the customer that it says on the label of the bag of chick starter do not feed moldy feed When I said that to the customer she got very upset At this point we feel that we have been very fair with the customer since we feel we do not have any liability for her loss
