I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Although the professionalism of the business' response was nice, their information of my actions and their actions was incorrect. I only checked for payment of the cost of shipping the samples, which was the ONLY thing I received from them. I never received any of the products that were supposedly "auto-shipped." There was no communication regarding the total of $worth of products I was to receive either, and certainly no indication of what future products would cost. Very disappointed in this company. Also very disappointed by the verbal and email response I received from them - which gave conflicting resolutions. I made the efforts to contact the Revdex.com and my bank to resolve this, believing that citizens should know this and carefully check out businesses they wish to do business with.I very much appreciate Revdex.com's assistance. I am reassured that you are here for us

The trial expired on 09/20/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 09/20/2017: $94.95 for the skin serum and $89.95 for the eye cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 10/20/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments: $94.95 for the skin serum and $89.95 for the eye cream. The final order was charged to the customer on 11/19/2017: $94.95 for the skin serum and $89.95 for the eye cream.The customer contacted our Customer Service on 11/20/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. The customer also requested a refund so we offered a 35% refund for their most recent order: $33.20 for the skin serum and $31.50 for the eye cream. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund for the charges on 11/19/2017: $61.75 for the skin serum and $58.45 for the eye serum for any misunderstanding when placing the order. As a courtesy we will also refund the charges on 10/20/2017: $94.95 for the skin serum and $89.95 for the eye cream.
