Ms [redacted] is not a customer of ours We were hired by FSR/Niles Management to remove items in the apartment and clean itPrior to the clean out services we met with the liaison for this project [redacted] ( [redacted] ***s brother)I explained all items that are to be saved and left behind will have to be put aside prior to us performing the clean- out services and that we do not pick through and determine what should be keptThis is why we request that the items to be kept were set aside and to specific areas [redacted] pointed out to me these areas and the specifics are as follows: bed frame, sofa, love seat, miscellaneous items and bags against the living/ dining left wall, clothing in the bedroom closet, and all items in the bath hall closet outside the bathroomWe agreed that all other items were to be discardedWe performed the 1st walk thru with [redacted] too go over those items that were to be saved A 2nd walk thru with Mr [redacted] was conducted to confirm the items to be saved right before our services commenced
