Purity by Nature is not being honest... on a few levels.
I purchased a Rainbow System. I was told that I could sale to Singles/Couples, ages 21-65, and homeowners.

My program started on 07/23. At that time, I was told I could sale to singles and no limitation was mentioned. Around my eighth demo... I was told I could only do 4 singles... that was never told to me AND not on the paperwork. Not to mention, I kept submitting singles and no one ever said anything... as I was way past the supposedly limit that I was never told.

The program had a special incentive for 6 demos in the first 45 days... 1/2 the payment for the system and a vacation. Current Issue: I had five demos a few days before my 45 days and setup a 6th. However, they had an emergency... so, I contacted my distributor (Barbie) and told her what the dilemma was with the timeline. She asked me if I could reschedule for next week. I told her yes. She assured me that she would make the necessary adjustments so that my six demos counted for. I should have gotten that in writing, but she was so very nice and I trusted her/Sam. And I didn't think anything of it. I even mentioned it to Omid that she was going to do that. At the end of the program... I did not get the 1/2 payment or the vacation, because they said I only had five demos within the 45 days. I did the program so I didn't have to pay for the system... and because I wanted all of the perks. It just doesn't make sense, if she had told me she wasn't going to do it, I would have stopped the program right then and there. They just let me keep going and did not say anything, so that I could continue the 12 demos and make more sales. That is not fair. All along, I thought we were good on that issue.

Other Issues: I was just told last week that I could not have more than four singles. When Omid did my demo, there was no mention of a limit on Singles. In addition to that, I had a mother/daughter that live together, both on mortgage, and both make financial decisions together. When I signed her up, I signed her up as a single. However, I found out about her mom. I contacted Barbie & Omid... explained the situation. They said that both parties had to be there. So, I did just that. I just had to go thru all of this drama, because they were counting her as a single person. They finally straightened that out. There was no way for me to change a submission once its submitted. That is the responsibility of the Distributor.Also... I have had three different demos where they have come without the 3day/2night vacay.... Omid, Sam, and Barbie. They constantly tell us to advertise this and then they show up without it. For Omid, I had to keep asking... finally got one from another demo and sent it to the customer. I just had to complain yesterday... about the other two and now, they are saying that they are mailing them.All I am saying is that I have been fair, in good spirits, and did what was asked of me in this program. When there was an issue, I always reached out to see what I needed to do. I have sold six systems... which Rainbow has made plenty of money off of me. I got my system two weeks before the new system came out and wasn't able to trade in. I had a customer where the husband wasn't there... we had to redo it... and I complied with that, because it was the agreement. They have allowed my customers to start a month to six weeks later AND allowed them to start their demos immediately. So... I know there are allowances that can be made. I am just not happy with things that was told and not told... and now, I'm paying for it.You guys are supposed to be this great company... however, I do not feel as I have been treated fairly. I am asking for you/your organization to make this right. I love my system, but this is just not right.

In addition with speaking with Barbie & Sam... I spoke with *** Zonotti who is over the complaints for this office/region.

In response to ***'s Complaint, we will clarify several claims she has made.
When ***, volunteered to participate in our program. She signed and initialed our contract stating, she was aware of all guidelines and qualifications needed, to be eligible to receive the full amount of the commission check. This also included the expiration dates, that If missed, would void out eligibility to receive her full commission check or, receive half of said check. *** missed the 45 day expiration date, which made her ineligible to receive the full amount of her check. To be clear, all customers are required to complete 6 qualified demos in 45 days. She only completed 5. When she scheduled the 6th demo, it was past her expiration date. At no time was she promised any extension, This requirement is-stated very clearly in the contract *** signed and initialed. She has a copy of this paper work in her possession. The 6th appointment was not even requested to be ran until after her 45 day end date and was at no time scheduled or rescheduled with in her 45 day end date, Our office adheres to all qualifications of the program and at no time would we prevent any customer from receiving what they are entitled to receive. Be it gift incentives or a commission check, as long as they meet all required qualifications, to include expiration dates. Again, this is written very clearly in the contract. *** did not meet her 45 day expiration date and is only entitled to half of her commission check. As a courtesy, we would be willing to send her a Vacation Stay.

1. When I signed up, yes... I did sign documentation... I WAS NEVER TOLD THERE WAS A LIMIT OF SINGLES.
2. THE SIXTH APPT... IT WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, BECAUSE WHEN I CALLED BARBIE ABOUT IT... SHE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT... AND THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT... AND NOT TO PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM, BECAUSE THEN SHE COULD NOT MAKE TH CHANGE.

so... I was clear on the guidelines... Purity by Nature just tricked me and I had no idea I could not trust them.

I have my presentation recorded. There was nothing mentioned about a limitation on singles, nor did I sign anything saying that.

I clearly spoke in detail with barbie about my my 6th appt. Once, again... I thought I could trust them. SHE NEVER CAME BACK AND SAID SHE COULD NO LONGER FIX IT... WHY? because... they wanted me to keep selling systems to make them money.

I am not the only one who has complaints with them. If this doesn't get handled here, I am going to take this to the news. I don't think anyone should be treated like this.

AGAIN... I WAS LIED TO BY BARBIE... AND FOLLOWED UP BY SAM. I AM NOT GOING TO GO AWAY, EVEN IF IT IS NOT RESOLVED HERE. I WILL FIX THIS FOR THE NEXT PERSON.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS... AND NOTHING BUT LIES. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.

In response to ***'s rebuttal. The contract she signed with us, specifically states the qualifications and guidelines to meet, to be eligible to receive a full commission check. This includes the maximum single Ladies we allow and has no bearing on her 45 day expiration date that she missed. As far as not entering her appointment in our system, is a falsehood. All appointments must be entered into our system otherwise, we would not be able to schedule any demos. Again, *** Scheduled her sixth appointment past her 45 day expiration date. In addition, our office staff does not, nor has ever had, the authority to extend any customers expiration dates. As previously stated, we do not under any circumstance, deceive our customers and try to prevent them from receiving incentive gifts, or commission checks they are eligible to receive. We cannot change our program qualifications for one person. We believe it is the customers responsibility to keep track of their dates and review their program paper work. When in doubt, there is ample opportunity for customers to ask questions throughout their program; so there are no surprises at the onset of completion. Furthermore, we will not under any circumstance be harassed or threatened to try and be forced to pay a customer who is not eligible to receive their full amount of a commission check. Note: we are still waiting on *** to send us her signed W-9. Once it's received, we will gladly issue her eligible partial commission check as earned.

This issue was not resolved. Covid-19 happened and was not able to reply. The bottom line is Barbie lied. There is no harrassment, here... just stating facts. What is being said by this representative is not relevant. Again, this is now what I was told by Barbie. It just doesn't add up. BARBIE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE FINE AND THAT SHE WOULD ENSURE THAT MY 6TH APPT WAS QUALIFED. THIS WAS BEFORE THE DATE, SO THAT IS THE REASON THAT I DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT. THIS IS NOT FAIR AND THEY ARE LIARS. IF SHE HAD TOLD ME ANYTHING BESIDES THAT... I WOULD HAVE SQUEEZED IN ANOTHER APPT. AND UR RIGHT... ITWASN'T LOGGED, BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND AS LONG AS ITWAS SCHEDULED BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK, SHE WOULD HANDLE IT. HOW WAS I TO KNOW THAT SHE WAS LYING?

Hope everyone is safe and healthy in the midst of this pandemic.
In response to the complaint, we are quite up front with everyone about the qualifications of our program both verbally and in writing, 09/06/2019 was the expiration for 6 qualified appointments, it is solely the customers responsibility as stated in the contract to ensure all qualifications are met. We are happy to send out anything any of our customers have earned, the customer has received an email showing all they have earned on the program, Thank you, have a safe and blessed day
