They come out to clean, but their real purpose is to get you to pay a bunch of money for other stuff that they don't disclose up frontThey don't even do a good job of cleaningBe aware that this company is not a licensed chimney sweep - they are saying that the chimney was in bad condition (it doesn't say that on the report) because I gave them a bad review, but in talking with other chimney sweep companies, I found out that this company does not know what they are doing when it comes to chimneysAVOID them at all costs and since they are dishonest and don't say upfront that they are not a licensed chimney sweep company and can't do a level inspection because of that, you should avoid them altogether - because they are probably lying about other things as wellAnd by the way, purity clean - your lies are ridiculous and I'm planning to contact call for action because you didn't disclose that you're not a licensed chimney sweep

I volunteer for the National Mill Dog Rescue and I am fostering 6 dogs who have spent their lives in cages. They are unsocialized, fearful and NOT HOUSE TRAINED.
During the past 6 years I have tried 5 different carpet cleaners, for example Stanley Steemer, Coit, Chem-Dry etc., and I was not really satisfied with any of them. Pet stains from urine and diarrhea would reappear after a couple of days. Last summer I tried Purity and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are they dependable, friendly and professional, they also had the BEST RESULTS with the pet stains in my light carpets. They left my carpets soft, good smelling and dry within 4 hours ... naturally, they are no miracle workers but of all the carpet cleaners I tried in the past, they are THE BEST. I never submit reviews, but I just had to give Purity Carpet Pro major kudos! They came on a day that the weather was horrible, blizzard-like and they were still on time. They got to work right away and did such an amazing job! My carpets were pretty dirty and well overdue for a cleaning When they were finished, they looked brand new. I've used other professional carpet cleaners and never had someone pretreat so thoroughly.
I plan to only use this company from now on. The price is great, the service is professional and friendly. Just a wonderful experience!!
