Purity Homes LLC and C. *** breached contract without any notification, phone call, or email. I had koved an entire 6 bedroom home into storage $3400. I had all my utilities cut off, I put down $2000.00 earnest money for my new home. Only to show up at closing to be told by the Closing Attorneys there was never a closing scheduled. Conversely. she told me the entire agreement was fradulent and they have received multiple complaints about Christaian *** and Purity Homes LLC using their firm as their closing place but not having any relationship with them business or personal. PURITY HOMES LLC IS IN DIRECT BREACH OF CONTRACT AND has caused Me deliberate and unnecessary harm by their fraudulent contracts and shady buisness practices.
