I purchased a lazer treatment through Purity medispa, which Dr. Explained to be state of the art, nothing can work better because this lazer has no down time and penetrates to the deepest level of the skin to achieve optimal results. I spent 300.00 and when my follow up appointment was here, I explained all of this to the Doctor. The response I got was less than professional. The doctor said if you expect a 90% improvement there is not a miracle for that! I am 41, had one concern which the doctor said she could resolve with one lazer treatment. I explained to her that she is not truthful in her practice and I want my money back. I was told individual results vary! That is very true, however she knew what my concerns were chose the procedure, stated I would love the results. My question was what results there are none! I want my money back!

did tell her she need treatment not ONE , and when she game for her second treatment she did not want to do second treatment and she said she did Botox I mention to her this treatment is not meant to correct if you have lost of volume you have to do Botox and filler to improve the volume lost and this treatment to improve the texture of the skin as well as collagen ,but differently is not one treatment recommend All what we can do in our office is to guide the patient for the treatment that will help there concern but there is no guarantee for any of our treatment and Oslo there is no refund in our policy and there is not any other medi spa in whole chicago can offer refund for there treatment *** from purity medi spa ***
