I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I did not like any of the stuff that you had delivered.I had called you and told you that this is not the right stuff and I do not like the sofas you sent to me because I have kids and they are beige and they will get dirty in less than I day I had also informed you that I have a autistic child too so the sofas need to be a darker color you had hung up on me then told your worker not to give back the money we had given him and just to do whatever and leave but do NOT return the money thats when we had to call the policeI know exactly what I am signing but your paper does not include the mistakes that you have done by sending me the wrong sofas,and the paper was sighed in store when we had also thought that you were a faithful business man not a fraud.the problem occurred after when you showed your real colors and sent me the wrong sofa and thought that I would do nothing about that.Which is also why you required a cash payment and returned back our money on the credit card because you knew that we could of had the credit card company not give you the money when you sent the wrong things,which shows how you had this all planned out.Do not show the old recipe and try to hide your mistakeyou are also the worst business I had to deal with my whole lifei am a simple person I just want the stuff I ordered and I tried to get it from you nicely but you refused, I do not want to place complaints on you either I just want the right stuff I ordered and payed for

The store is not willing to:A)Change the sofa's and give me the ones I had originally ordered OR
B)Give me back the money for the sofa and take back the sofa that was shipped
The business states that I acknowledged everything in good condition, which is not true because as soon as I saw the sofa's at the delivery time they were the wrong sofa's I had called the owner that I was in contact with and told him and he refused to change them or return the cost of the sofa's,which he refused too.The recipe the store has provided is also from the day I had came to the store and only choose the sofa's and he took half of the paymentSo I had to call the police at the time of delivery and the delivery guy also confirmed with the business was only open for a month

*** *** is the worst customer I ever experienced ...knowing she got everything in good condition she still lying and attacking us with complaints ..no other customers complaining...we do not offer refund nor we do exchanges customer (*** ***) aknowledelges that by signing store policy also aknowledeges all goods recieved in good condition...I dont see why she still complaining ..maybe she needs to start reading stuff she signs
