I Can't tell you how disappointed I am with this company. I paid them over $600.00 to repair a Central air unit.The owner himself came out to do the repairs worked on the unit at least twice told me they did not make parts for the unit anymore my recollection of our conversation was he told me to run it and if it freezes up again he could not repair the unit he claims he told me he would have to come back and perform another repair to fix the issue. long story short I never heard from him again until I asked them why [redacted] who came over and performed the service for free that day told me to run the unit for a couple weeks and if it was fixed to call him and he would bill me for$ 65.00. when Purkey's finally called me back he told me I was lying that he never said the unit was unrepairable that he was going to come back and perform the service he needed to but never did. he never offered a reason why he did not contact me or ever return to perform the needed service even though he had my $680.00 that I had already paid. Instead of offering any resolve he told me I was lying and told me to have a nice day. This is the same person that told me in a small town like Cicero you have to take care of people because everyone will find out about your service you can be sure I will never recommend this business to others and I will be sure to share this experience with anyone who asks.
