After being faced with a less than pleasant experience with a water mitigation team called out by the insurance company, [redacted] shows up and absolutely SAVES the day! He is beyond professional and knowledgeablehe is just simply GOOD PEOPLE! I could go on and on and on about how pleased I am with every aspect of our interaction with Puroclean from drying our home, checking for mold, and helping us pack out the propertyTHE CUSTOMER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO [redacted] and I always felt as though I was his top priority (even though I know he had a ton of customers due to the storm) You don't find companies like this often!!!! We live in a 2-story and had water damage from a bathroom leak that burst into our downstairs living room [redacted] and his staff arrived onsite very quickly and walked me through their process and then began the clean-up They were polite and had a very comforting and calming affect...which was much needed! He answered any and all questions that I had and never once made me feel as though any of my questions were foolish He also documented (pictures, measurements, etc...) everything that would be needed by the insurance company When I called the insurance company to file the claim, the agent asked with some concern, who I had called I told them PuroClean The agent responded with "Oh, okay." Now here's where I hope I can convey the tone of the agent's response It wasn't' an "Oh, okay....oh no, not those guys", it was an "OH Okay, they've got it covered, lets proceed with the claim info." That response in conjunction with what I had already experienced with [redacted] and his staff confirmed I had made the right choiceI would highly recommend PuroClean!

Gerald [redacted] and his team at Puroclean did demolition and mold removal due to a serious water leak at our home in Plano, TX. They were the most efficient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, I could go on and on! They got the wood floor, tile floor, and kitchen counter removed in a timely manner while cleaning up as they worked through. They sealed the area affected by mold and removed it effectively. Testing results came back clear after the first test. If you are in need of water damage,services, mold remediation, demolition, I highly recommend Puroclean.
You will not be disappointed, and in fact will be extremely pleased with their service!

[redacted] and Matt were so professional and completely thorough. [redacted] used a thermal camera to detect all the water damage, and discovered a leak in a toilet we didn't know was improperly installed! Needless to say, we were grateful, as this problem had clearly been going on for over a year. [redacted] also has relationships with other contractors (plumber and general contractors) who came to do the next steps in the work we needed done. These people were also respectable and professional, and charged a fair price. We will definitely use PuroClean in the future if we need restoration, and will recommend them to all of our friends!

We had water from our upstairs bathroom coming down into the laundry room. I called [redacted] at Puroclean and he came out immediately to assess the situation. He and his team put the needed equipment in place and came out to measure moisture until it was totally dried.
