The dates and facts we submitted are accurate We tried to go above and beyond and put down plastic visqueen in the crawlspace but did not hear back from the home owner to do so We pointed out wet walls on the exterior areas of the crawlspace that need to be resolved We have proof the bank rejected the check sent to us with their noteThe homeowner agreed to our quote after we discounted it in a phone conversation with *** *** We went back and repainted the crawlspace at no extra expense to make the homeowner happy

Mr. [redacted] is VERY confused on his dates!   08/01/2016- Original phone call from Mr. [redacted]; stating home inspection showed mold, would like estimate. 08/02/2016- [redacted] went to home inspected and gave estimate. 08/03/2016- [redacted] emailed Mr. [redacted] estimate $3188.73; Mr. [redacted] called Mr....

[redacted] with a few adjustments and they verbally agreed to commence work. 10/12/2016- Work commenced 10/20/2016- Original complaint Mr. [redacted] called [redacted]; not happy with services. 10/28/2016- Sent someone back out to remediate Mr. [redacted]’s complaint. 10/28/2016- Mailed Mr. [redacted] invoice to [redacted] 12/02/2016- Re-mailed Mr. [redacted] invoice to [redacted] 12/08/2016- Called Mr. [redacted] to attempt to collect money for past due invoice. When I called Mr. [redacted]; he stated he was very unhappy with our services. Main complaint was balled up plastic & dehumidifier running for 2-3 weeks; not 4. I told him I do not have any records of any other complaints from him aside the original complaint to [redacted] on 10/20/2016; in which we rectified. I told  Mr. [redacted] that I would talk with [redacted] and would let him know the outcome of my meeting with [redacted]. During this conversation Mr. [redacted] stated he was NOT going to pay the invoice at all; twice. 12/12/2016- emailed Mr. [redacted] after my meeting with [redacted]. Explaining in detail why the dehumifier was left & balled plastic. 12/12/2016- Mr. [redacted] called [redacted] to discuss invoice; [redacted] told him he was not going to further discount the invoice. Original estimate $3188.73; invoiced Mr. [redacted] $2599.86 12/13/2016- Ms. [redacted] (Mr. [redacted]’s wife) called our office through our call center. Left a message. 12/14/2016- I called Ms. [redacted] and left her a voicemail. 12/16/2016- received check from Ms. [redacted]; deposited. 12/21/2016- notification from bank; check was returned to “irregular signature” 12/21/2016- sent Mr. [redacted] email to inform him the check did not clear. 12/21/2016- received email from Ms. [redacted] at 9:14pm; after business hours. I was out for the Holiday weekend. 12/27/2016- sent a response to Ms. [redacted] at 7:42am. 12/29/2016- emailed Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted]. 12/30/2016- Mr. [redacted] called our office to make credit card payment. He had indicated 3 times during our conversation that he just wanted to pay it and get it over with so he could turn it over to his attorney and get his money back.     Mr. [redacted] never made any attempt to call Mr. [redacted] or our office on 11/20/2016 & 11/28/2016.  The Office Manager that had these conversations with Mr. [redacted], has her Associates degree in Paralegal. She documents everything and was in her rights to notify Mr. [redacted] of placing accounts into collections and performing her due diligence to notify Mr. [redacted] if a Lien would be placed on his property according to Ohio Revised Code Sec. 1311.02-1311.22;  Section 1311.06 (A). She was NEVER threatening in any manner;
