quality of the floors were equivalent to what was damaged from the loss. However, the color of the floor that was replaced was not to Mr. [redacted] liking. Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] decided to have the floors removed and to purchase new laminate floors themselves. We went to remove the floors and the key was removed from our lockbox. After several attempts our flooring vendor made an appointment on 2/9 to have the floors removed. The appointment was confirmed and when they arrived no one would open the door. After knocking and ringing the door bell for a period of time the door was opened and we were told that they did not want the floors to be removed today. We will be filing small claims if this is not taken care of with the assistance of the insurance company by the end of the week.
