Wheres the bill
Changed trash service to Purple Heart since my trash service increased monthly service. Now I am sorry. Haven t received a bill for past 6 months. I have called them multiple times. States she sends the bills but I never get them. She blames the post office. So now I mark the calender when bill is due. I pay every 3 months . They pick up trash at 4 am so I never see them. I should not be responsible in keeping up to date but I have never received a bill for tbe past 9 months.

Review: on two ocations this company has double charged me. the most recent being that they sent a past due bill with latcharges. I paid this bill. I have sent them a copy of the cancled check.

Prior to that When I paid my Feb bill I thought the check would bounce so I asked them not to cash it to which they agreed and I left them a money order. Then they cashed the check and the money order. and told me that the check was for the prior billing cycle.

I feel they are ripping me off.Desired Settlement: I feel that they should resume services and credit me for the next billing cycle beginning on august 1st.

Review: I attempted to resolve this issue with the business on my own but they have stopped responding to my phone calls. The issue started when my trash was not picked up on Friday, March 28, 2014. I called and left a message indicating my trash was missed and it made me realize that I had not received a bill since last October or November and figured that was the mix up. I received a voicemail the following Tuesday (4/1) saying I haven't paid my bill and would need to pay the normal rate plus $20 late fee. I called them back the next day (4/2) explaining that I hadn't received a bill in order to pay and asked that they waive the late fee. The woman (I believe her name was [redacted] or [redacted]) was very rude and ultimately just told me to send payment. I put the check in the mail the next morning, 4/3. My trash was not picked up again on 4/4. I left a message indicating I thought my service would be reinstated since we straightened out the issue and I was putting the check in the mail. I did not receive a call back. The next Friday, 4/11, my trash was not picked up again. I called and left another message. This is now three weeks of my trash not being picked up. On Monday, 4/14, I called again and spoke to the same woman. She said they hadn't received my check yet. I told her I put it in the mail on the 3rd and they should definitely have it by now. She said she would look on her desk and call me back. I assumed she meant she would look on her desk when we hung up and call me back right away. I didn't hear back the rest of the day or the day after so I called again after I got off work on 4/15 and left another message. She called me back the next day, 4/16. I explained to her I was very frustrated with the situation because I have to constantly keep calling back to follow up on the matter. She was very rude and said she found my payment on her desk. I asked her not to cash it because I wanted to cancel my service because of the terrible customer service and frustration with trying to get this straightened out. She said she already cashed the check. I asked for a refund for the weeks I paid for but did not receive any service. She said she would have to call me back once she figured out how much I should be refunded. I asked her when she would call me back because, as history shows, she hasn't called me back unless I leave numerous voicemails. She got very defensive and said it would take as long as it takes to figure out the refund and would call me back once it's figured out. On Thursday, the 17th, I called again and the mailbox was full. I gave it a week for her to call me back and she never did. So, the following Wednesday, 4/23, I called and left a message asking for the owner, [redacted], to please give me a call. No return call until Tuesday, 4/29 from the same woman asking what I needed. I told her I wanted to speak to [redacted] and ask that she have him call me. She was very rude and said she would give him the message. I never received a call and I am hesitant to believe she even gave him the message, but that is just speculation. On May 6, I called one last time indicating that it's been almost 3 weeks since I was supposed to receive a call back about my refund and have not heard anything. If I didn't hear anything by that Friday, May 9, I would call the township and also file a complaint with Revdex.com. I still have not received a return call back.

I paid for 12 weeks of service and only received 7 weeks of service. I am due a refund for those remaining 5 weeks.

This isn't the first issue I've had with the company either. Back in August 2013, I received a bill with a late fee for a bill I had already paid. Again, I had to call numerous times to get it straightened out. I even checked with the bank that the check was cashed and she kept fighting me about paying the late fee. I explained to her numerous times that the check was cashed. Eventually she just said they would forget about it.Desired Settlement: I would also like my refund for the 5 weeks of service I paid for and did not receive. I would also like to speak with [redacted] because I don't think he realizes how rude this woman is who is talking to his customers. I read another Revdex.com complaint regarding being double charged and also indicating the same woman was very rude to them. In response to the complaint, they received a phone call indicating that they have been a problem customer from the beginning and they were no longer a customer of Purple Heart.

I started with this company for trash removal about 9 months ago. About 3 months ago I called the company to cancel my service. I left them 3 voicemails asking for a return call to confirm they got my message, I also sent 2 emails. I never received a response or call back. they were not picking up my trash as I had already had a new company hired. about 2 weeks ago I received a new bill in the mail for purple heart, I called left 2 more messages, 1 email and still no response from the company. The owners daughter is a friend on face book I even messaged her to have the dad call me, no call back. I do not recommend this company, as they never answer or respond to phone calls or emails. Very poor customer service.
