[redacted] damaged my floor during a refrigerator delivery weeks ago and have not made an effort to repair or pay for damages On April 25, [redacted] delivered a refrigerator to my home in [redacted] , AL that was purchased through [redacted] The men brought the item into my home on a hand truckRemoved it from the hand truck and stood it up It was then rolled into the kitchen on its own wheelFor some reason they decided to tilt the refrigerator and drag it to the installment spotUpon doing so, the corners of the refrigerator caught my vinyl flooring and ripped up large chunks (the size of my foot)I immediately pointed this out to one of the men He agreed that their actions caused this damage He took pictures of the damage with his cell phone and forwarded them to his supervisorThe supervisor responded it should only cost about $to fixHe wrote down an email address for me to file a claimI could not read his writing therefore, I filed a claim through *
My dealings were with the Montgomery and Mobile officeThe delivery people that I dealt with were rude and unprofessional and refused delivery of my product that I had purchasedCalling the management staff to try and get a resolution to my problem was met with an uncaring and unconcerned attitudeI spoke with different managers ( Shawn, Joe and Chris ) and still no deliveryMy nightmare with your company began on 4/13/and ended on 4/20/with still no deliveryIf I decide to purchase anything in the future that has to be delivered I will make sure that it is not being delivered by your company
