We had the entire exterior of our Big Lake home redone, and Purpose Driven Restoration was a great partner Corey [redacted] helped us with our insurance company, and worked with us on our custom requests I have already referred Purpose Driven Restoration to my family, and will use them for any future work

Purpose Driven Restoration did an excellent job handling a home siding and windows job for us Craftsmanship was perfect PDR proved to be trustworthy & competent and made us worry-freeIt's a good feeling when you can count on a company to do the job rightBased on this experience, we are recommending Purpose Driven Restoration to friends and neighbors

PDR is the first and only company I call for home projectsThey are fairly priced for high quality workThe project managers and staff are amazing and answer all my questionsPDR has educated experts that eliminate the common stress of home projectsThey've always gone above and beyond and are a great company to work with

During August of a severe hailstorm hit my neighborhood in Eden Prairie Numerous contractors stopped to offer their services to me, but Purpose Driven Restoration (PDR) offer the most professional representation outlining their qualifications and references Eight homeowners on my block chose them for repairs My home had the roof, siding, and gutters replaced as well as the front stucco and trim painted and the back deck repaired[redacted] , Project Manager at PDR worked with me and all the repair services every step of the way I never had to to get involved with any of the negotiations between the insurance company and PDR [redacted] was calm, pleasant and friendly through the entire process There were times that there was disagreement between PDR and the insurance company, but [redacted] was persistent and friendly through the settlement I never felt he was pushy to me or the insurance company He knew city and state codes for building, and used that knowledge to achieve the settlement I desired My home was roofed late in the fall, and sided during the coldest time of the winter (every day started below zero) The siding installers never complained about the temperature and proved to be very likable When temperatures were minus degrees, not everything was done perfect A few siding areas details needed attention and cleanup was not completed when the siding job was finished [redacted] assured me they would be back when the weather warmed up So now in late April a team for the roof and the siding came back to make everything perfect The returning roofing expert was [redacted] , the person employed year round by PDR for followup [redacted] started his conversation with me saying he would not be done till I was completely satisfied with the roof He walked the entire roof attending to details Mr [redacted] is one fantastic PR person for PDR - he is skilled, professional, and friendly, the person I would want back to my home if there ever was a problem with my roof in the future The siders came back and cleaned up nails, did touch up painting and caulking to certain areas of the LP Smartside siding After work was completed [redacted] Co-Owner of PDR, visited my home with [redacted] making sure that the entire project exceeded my expectations I am very happy that I chose Purpose Driven Restoration for all my roofing, siding, painting, and work needs Thank you [redacted] for shepherding this project from beginning to end

I was apprensive to use an out of state company to replace my roof after a hail storm A friend said he had used them and thought they were good, so I thought I would too I was pleased with the professionalism of the rep who gave me the bidThe work looked good and we were very satisfied A few months after the work was done we had a leak and I contacted the rep He sent someone out to fix it Then a few weeks ago, the leak started again Here is what pleased me most: I called the rep and he told me he didn't think it was a roof problem, but rather a low spot on my chimney cap I climbed up on the roof, took pictures and text them to him He told me what to do and I did so The last big rain we had proved he knew what he was talking about

We had a great experience working with Corey *** and the people at PDRThey installed new windows and doors in our entire house, as well as a new roof and gutters and exterior paintCorey gave us helpful advice along the way to stay on budget and maintain the original character of the house, which was an important goal of oursThe PDR team was excellent about keeping us informed on work schedules, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectationsWe plan to use PDR when we start our interior remodeling projects

Very knowledgeable staff with fair pricing and timely installation of our windows and doorsWould highly recommend PDR for your home improvement project

Through Purpose Driven Restoration, LLC we recently added on approximately square feet to our old house We added on between our house & Garage which extended into our one acre back yard The rooms added on were: New Entryway, Bathroom, large Closet, Sewing/pantry/laundry room, Great room with fireplace, lots of windows & Vaulted ceiling Off of this was added a cozy porchUnder the new addition was added a finished basement Also we had our old kitchen completely redone in a new Beautiful one
The company did High Quality work, with High Quality Material & took care promptly of any issues that came up Their workers were very polite, Professional and on time
We are very satisfied with this Company and Highly recommend it

We contacted PDR and signed a design agreement on July 15, after looking at their mission statements on their website, their ratings in the Revdex.com, their ratings on Angie's list and calling all of the references they provided August 1, we signed a retail agreement for a total of $4,and gave a downpayment After repeated attempts of trying to contact them about the project start date, September 1, 2015, the VP of operations called back and said there was a mistake in the pricing that he would get back to us on a new price September 9, 2015, the VP leaves a message that the new price is $for the same project September 22, the VP and Co-owner came to our house and said he cannot do some of the things that we had in our original contract He were very disrespectful to us and tried to even back out of the project but we tried to be kind and move forward because we needed the project done and felt we have already invested a lot of time September 28, they called and wanted us to sign a change order with a price increase of $and with the items we originally had on taken off Feeling pressed for the time and the money we already had invested in we agreed and signed October 1, project started This was a small remodel, should have taken weeks to a month to complete at most Seven months later, the project was still not completed, many mistakes had been made on their part that they tried to make us pay more money for, PDR stopped returning my texts and calls March 9, after we paid them $over the increased retail agreement to end our ties with them and finished the work with a different person which was a quick and pleasant experience PDR had no respect or regard for the homeowner I do not wish this experience on anyone else

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/21) */
PDR at no time was under any contract to do work on the home of the complainantWhile PDR apologizes for the circumstance surrounding an appointment, we feel we have done everything possible to resolve the issue
As a thank you to
homeowners that had stopped at our booth at the fair (and signed up for a drawing for a washer/dryer), our employees were instructed, and given a script, to relay to those who had give us permission to call, an offer of $off on a future improvement project (of $or greater)We regrettably had an employee, without permission, stating the homeowner had won a drawing for a $projectAs soon as management became aware of this (within hours), this employee was disciplined and the situation rectified
Unfortunately, the *** were one of the parties contacted during that time frame and set an appointment for a bathroom remodelOur sales representative went to the *** home and found during his time there that all the projects they were interested in were repair type projects, and since PDR is not a handyman service, there was nothing they needed done that feel within the scope of work that we completeHe also checked with our production department to verify this
The *** then sent PDR and email and also calledThe marketing manager spoke to ***, apologized for the situationMrs*** requested that PDR rig the drawing from the state fair so they would receive the washer and dryerManagement explained to her that this would not be ethicalThe request to do this was made several more times by Mrs***, she then requested $is cash for the hours of their time our sales representative used by looking for a project that feel into the parameters of work we could do
Mrs *** was offered a $gift card to compensate for the situationShe initially agreed, but said she had to get an okay from her husbandWhen we contacted her days later to follow up on this issue she stated her husband wanted the washer and dryerWhen told this was not possible unless they won the drawing, she wanted drawing box stuffed with additional entriesPDR explained that this was a unfortunate situation, but the only thing we could do was the $gift cardShe then said okay, and we thought the matter was resolved until contacted by Mr*** yesterday via email, that stated we had day to resolve this with a $gift card, and to not contact him by phone
We have mailed out the $gift card that was offered for any inconveince the *** felt the appointment created and apologized for our previous employees miscommunication
PDR stands firmly by our core values of quality of work and integrityRegretfully none of their work fell into the types of projects we complete with care and quality Our integrity would not allow us to rig the drawing in their favor, as requested multiple times

Re: Case id, XXXXXXXX - Complainant and Purpose Driven Restoration
Mr***
It was not the complainant's intention to imply we had a signed contract "contract issues" with PDRI thought I had selected categories related to advertising and sales when filling out the online complaintMy apologies if I selected the wrong categories and Revdex.com should adjust them to be correct
We were contacted by PDR and told we won a $projectNo one else at the company nor did the sales representative explain that a rogue employee lied prior to the appointment, during the appointment or during the next 4-days after the appointmentIf we had been informed of this, we would never have invited PDR into our home
Several days passed after the appointmentPDR did not contact us, which appears to be during the same time period they absolutely knew we believed we were one of two $project winnersPDR said our projects are repair/handyman projects and refused to quote themPDR still did not yet explain that the rogue employee lied
During the next few days and calls, we inquired if we were still in the state fair drawing for the washer and dryerWe asked if we were going to get $as a Visa gift card instead of having a project doneAt this point, PDR explained that the rogue employee lied and offered a $Visa gift card instead
PDR's comments that we repeatedly requested to rig a drawing is untrueWe attempted to have only written communication with PDR for proof and PDR has avoided written communication
We have mailed out the $gift card that was offered for any inconveince the *** complainant's felt the appointment created and apologized for our previous employees miscommunication
No resolution yetPDR said the gift card has been sentWe have not received the $Visa gift card as of 10/29/
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2015/11/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Homeowner received a $Walmart gift card via certified mail on 11/09/
PDR responses continue to include personally identifiable information (PII) that homeowner does not want published by the Revdex.com
PDR responses continues an accusation that homeowner attempted to coerce them into rigging the washer and dryer giveawayThis is a accusation but difficult for homeowner to defend against since PDR refused to communicate by email that could be shared with the Revdex.com
PDR claims they had to send out two gift cards as the first one was never received by homeownerAs a copy of a receipt was included with the second gift card, homeowner can only assume accurate records were also kept for the never received gift cardWe encourage PDR to report the never received gift card as stolen and file a police report
We encourage PDR to share the police report with Revdex.com
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/11/09) */
As stated in our previous response, PDR regrets any inconvenience that the appointment caused and again apologize for our previous employee not following their scripted guidelines when attempting to set an appointment
There were requests by Mrs*** to "draw" their name for the washer and dryer giveawayWe did send out a gift card for $as discussedTo that end, we have sent out a second gift card, this time via certified mail (see attached), so we can have proof it was received

I would like to give you a recommendation on the Purpose Driven Restoration Company on [redacted] Elk River, MN, 55330 who provided me with a new roof, gutters and painting after the huge hail storm that we had in 2013.

PDR did an excellent job on replacing my roof and they found several items that the previous roof provider covered up. PDR worked closely with me as a customer and kept me informed of my progress and helped with the insurance company claim.

I would recommend PDR as a quality company for all projects.

Corey [redacted] at PDR is the MAN! You may think I'm getting paid to say that but trust me, I'm NOT! Read on and you will know I'm a real person with real experiences to back Corey up.

My husband and I had recently gotten back from our honeymoon when our lives were changed forever, again, due to the tornado in North Minneapolis in 2011. Our home had severe damage. A very old boulevard tree was uprooted onto our house, boulevard trees uprooted onto our cars tearing out concrete on the sidewalk, a century old apple tree in our backyard was uprooted onto our garage, broken windows, missing roofing, you get the point. BAD damage. Well walking down the sidewalk here comes a contractor type looking man with a folder. You know, those door to door reps that everyone warns you about. Don't trust those door knockers that come around after a storm and try to get your business. Yes, that was Corey!

Having never gone through any home remodeling or storm damage clean up I had no one that I knew to call to start out with so my husband and I listened to Corey. It turns out Corey was in the area checking on a property of his and was not just in the neighborhood to knock on doors and drum up business. I drilled Corey like crazy. Think of a question, scenario, or comment and I asked it, represented it, or said it. After putting Corey through the ringer, my husband and I decided to what we thought was take a chance with Corey and PDR. I actually felt bad for Corey when all was said and done but boy we did NOT regret that chance we took and will never regret it.

Corey took awesome care of us! He worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was done in our best interest. Our garage was condemned and our brand new garage is AMAZING, everyone who did work on our house were great (roofers, siders, builders, etc.). The crews worked to protect everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were the hardest workers I've ever seen. The house looks amazing.

If all of the above does not tell you to go with Corey and PDR, then let me tell you about how a few days after the tornado Excel Energy came to hook power up to the house after being without power for several days and all of a sudden sparks were flying and the power lines to our house were on fire! The only person I knew to call was Corey who proceeded to have an electrician out there just as quick as our power lines were on fire and we still got power that same day like the rest of the neighborhood. That is something I will NEVER forget! To think we were devastated enough already from going through a tornado to now going through an electrical fire?!?!?! Corey took complete care of us and I trust him with our lives.

Okay, so that was 2011, maybe things have changed. Well guess what? They have NOT changed one bit! In May of this year (2015) our house got hit with pretty bad hail damage so who do you think we call without hesitation? COREY and PDR!!! Once again, I couldn't be more happy with the work! Again Corey took complete care of us working again with our insurance company, getting quality workers to do a quality job. Our house is looking great again after new roofing, siding, etc.

Now we're really hoping we are done with the natural disasters, but we know we will not be done with Corey. He will be the first person on our list to contact if we decide to remodel, or yeah, if mother nature does strike again.

the staff and crew from purpose driven restoration was as dependable and up front about what they were going to do from the time we verbally committed to the job. all the way thru the stages of the job they kept us updated on when they were going to do the different stages of the job. they made sure they we were comfortable with what was going to happen and what would be going as the project progessed. they made sure if a problem or unexpected accurance would come up how to solve the problem so as not to effect the project. we were very happy and are excited with the results that we recieved from PDR and would do it again if we decide to have something else done in the future.

It was a pleasure doing business with the PDR staff. From Brad, meeting with us and going the extra mile to get us the most accurate quote and proper product for our new roof, to the installers, who did an amazing job on the roof and cleanup, satring and finishing the same day. Couldn't be happier and would recommend PDR to anyone looking at replacing your roof.

PDR is the first and only company I call for home projects. They are fairly priced for high quality work. The project managers and staff are amazing and answer all my questions. PDR has educated experts that eliminate the common stress of home projects. They've always gone above and beyond and are a great company to work with.

During August of 2013 a severe hailstorm hit my neighborhood in Eden Prairie. Numerous contractors stopped to offer their services to me, but Purpose Driven Restoration (PDR) offer the most professional representation outlining their qualifications and references. Eight homeowners on my block chose them for repairs.

My home had the roof, siding, and gutters replaced as well as the front stucco and trim painted and the back deck repaired.[redacted], Project Manager at PDR worked with me and all the repair services every step of the way. I never had to to get involved with any of the negotiations between the insurance company and PDR. [redacted] was calm, pleasant and friendly through the entire process. There were times that there was disagreement between PDR and the insurance company, but[redacted] was persistent and friendly through the settlement. I never felt he was pushy to me or the insurance company. He knew city and state codes for building, and used that knowledge to achieve the settlement I desired.

My home was roofed late in the fall, and sided during the coldest time of the winter (every day started below zero). The siding installers never complained about the temperature and proved to be very likable. When temperatures were minus 15 degrees, not everything was done perfect. A few siding areas details needed attention and cleanup was not completed when the siding job was finished. [redacted] assured me they would be back when the weather warmed up. So now in late April a team for the roof and the siding came back to make everything perfect.

The returning roofing expert was [redacted], the person employed year round by PDR for followup. [redacted] started his conversation with me saying he would not be done till I was completely satisfied with the roof. He walked the entire roof attending to details. Mr [redacted] is one fantastic PR person for PDR - he is skilled, professional, and friendly, the person I would want back to my home if there ever was a problem with my roof in the future.

The siders came back and cleaned up nails, did touch up painting and caulking to certain areas of the LP Smartside siding. After work was completed [redacted] Co-Owner of PDR, visited my home with[redacted] making sure that the entire project exceeded my expectations.

I am very happy that I chose Purpose Driven Restoration for all my roofing, siding, painting, and work needs. Thank you [redacted] for shepherding this project from beginning to end.10

Very pleased from start to finish

Great Service! We had the entire exterior of our Big Lake home redone, and Purpose Driven Restoration was a great partner. Corey [redacted] helped us with our insurance company, and worked with us on our custom requests. I have already referred Purpose Driven Restoration to my family, and will use them for any future work.
