Dr*** is the bestShe has cared for four of my dogs and has always provided exceptional careShe came to our home when it came time to euthanize two of my dogsShe was patient, caring and compassionateI am a veterinary assistant but I still use Dr*** to care for my dogsHer prices are reasonable and she doesn't try to push things that my pets don't need

After I found Dr. [redacted] 10+ years ago, not only did I take my dogs [redacted] and [redacted] to her, I was also responsible for bringing her my roommate's animals: [redacted] Cat and 2 dogs, [redacted] and [redacted]. When I had to put my [redacted] down, my roommate told me how [redacted] slung [redacted] around disrespectfully when she took him away, but I was too busy wailing and crying to notice. I DID notice that I did not get the engraved plaque I paid extra for that was supposed to come with the wooden box of his cremated remains, but I overlooked it because I was so sad, I didn't want to think about any of it. I kept returning because she seemed OK enough - sometimes nice, actually. She blew it in a big way today. I got my records from her so I could get my city tags for F & K.. Since it didn't say on [redacted]'s record whether he was neutered, the revenue office called, and [redacted] said [redacted] was not neutered. He was, in fact, neutered - because SHE DID IT. And even if she didn't remember doing it, last fall during his exam (which was listed on the record) she could have easily seen his missing parts. I mean, it's pretty obvious. Real thorough exam and recordkeeping, huh? I took it in stride, though, (it was only $15 extra) and wrote her a lighthearted message saying to please make a note of his missing stuff next time we were in. I told her we all still loved her. She wrote back a horrible, mean, sarcastic note. I was shocked and hurt, actually, after all these years. She said if I didn't like her service, I could go somewhere else. Which I am - no problem. I live in Garner now, and her office is all the way up Capital in Raleigh near Wakefield, so it will be easier anyway. My roommate saw her [redacted] side earlier when she flung around my [redacted] I think. Any questions about her email, I have saved it and will be happy to share. This lady seems to have barely held it together for years, and I think at this point, she's losing it. Beware,
