I bought a vehicle from this dealership Because I was from out of the area, I had to depend on their answers to my texted questionsBy text, I asked if the vehicle had any leaksThe text response back was No, no leaksI arrived in their town late at night, picked up the van and went directly to the Ferry terminal as I had a reservation early the next morning I had a long drive home, and after I recovered from my trip, I took the van to a shop to have a block heater installedThe mechanic there told me there were Indeed oil leaksHe took me into the shop area so I could see for myselfThere was oil all on the bottom of the engine and transmissionObviously it had been there for quite some timeI contacted the dealershipThey said they would take the van back but I had to bring itBecause of the distance, that wasn't a reasonable option, so I sold the vanBecause of the condition of the vehicle, I got significantly less than I paid for itI then contacted the dealership

She called on Thursday, April 2 to get a next day appointment.  I am booked up 4-6 weeks in advance, and Friday(& Saturday) are my days off.  I did respond to her email.  She can get a refund or credit from [redacted].  I do not have her money.There are clinics...

like [redacted] [redacted], and [redacted], and [redacted], that have a front desk staff dedicated to answering phone calls, and multiple therapists, so someone can call and get a same day/next day appointment.  These places charge more than I do, but if convenience and immediacy are high priority, then those places are a better fit for her.  I work alone and cannot answer the phone during a massage, and easily get behind with calls.
