I had terrible experience with Purrfect Auto Service groupI wanted to get a smog test but ended up with two test failures and my engine check light turned on and oil pressure light flashingI should learn from the online bad reviewsSadly, my nightmare started when I found Purrfect as the closest star stationMy car performs very wellRegular oil change and maintenance were done every three month and without any major problem occurred in the past five yearsWhen I got the smog test result from them, I was shockedIt failed because of oil leaking and an aged gas tank cap!!! They told me to replace the gasket valve cover to fix the leaking problem (I have all the reports), and they also offered to replace gasket valve for $for meI refused immediately but I have to pass the smog testSo I went to a different store to replace the gasket valve cover (others only cost me $75) and got a new gas tank cap from amazonWhen I went back for retest two weeks later, I felt I should pass this timeUnfortunately I was wrong!!! They failed me again and this time because of OBD checkThey told me my car's engine light is on and it's because of massive oil leaking underneathI haven't seen my engine light on for years! They told me it was the gasket valve cover problem, but the leaking got worse after I fixed itThey said that they don't know what's going on until they diagnose it, for which I will be charged again! Now I will never ever go back to this storeI don't know what they did to my car, but I ended up with two smog test failure and engine lights on
Updates, two days after I did the retest, my engine lights are still on and oil pressure light starts to flashI found my engine oil completely emptyThose guys are b*stards
