Review: I walked into the shop to get my brakes done and I was quoted for the brakes $635.00 then the price was changed to $790.00 without my consent and I was given the wrong product! The brakes I was told I was paying for was name brand "Brembos" when I went yesterday 12/4/2013 to pick up my vehicle I was given a off brand! When I complained to the Owner, He was rude and didn't seem to want to help me nor hear me out! I was just told to come back today and he would have the product I originally ordered! Today as I pick up my vehicle the product is brembo although it's not the complete order and they expect me to pay.Desired Settlement: I need to have the old brakes put on because I'm not satisfied with the fraud they tried committing of giving me off brand name when I specifically was told I was purchasing the Brembo brakes!

Review: Came to do an oil change [redacted] the new manager was extremely rude. I didnt know there was new ownership and they no longer performed a 20 point inspection with the oil change. [redacted] did not tell me there was a change in ownership and told me I could leave. Never coming back again. Do not recommend this place. Taking my business elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Contact corporate and inform them.

Hi I am [redacted]e store Manager at Purrfect Auto in La Habra Ca 90631 (909) 690-8222. It was brought to my attention a Lady by the name of [redacted] was unhappy about her visit with us yesterday 2/25/2014 10:50am [redacted] came in to my store and requested a oil change service pluss tire rotation and top off all fluids for a price of $11.95. I advised [redacted] our oil change service special is $15.95 plus tax and does not include a free tire rotation and top off all fluids. That oil service is a signature speciel for $24.95. [redacted] then said it was a coupon price $11.95. So I asked [redacted] for the coupon wich she did not have and she got very defensive and angry. [redacted]a raised her voice demanded me to give her the $11.95 price. I nicely said to [redacted] I was sorry but I could not give her the $11.95 price with out a coupon. She raised her voice louder and began to use terrible language. At that point I asked [redacted] to please exit the store because children was in the office lobby. Before [redacted] left she flip me off and said I was a [redacted].

I am still willing to forgive and offer [redacted] service as long as she agrees to be respectful and follow all prices and specials like all customers do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] the store manager is lying. I never asked for a tire rotation nore top of fluids. The old store owner would do an oil change and 20 point inspection for $11.95. [redacted] did not as me for my coupon ane didn't inform me there was a change in ownership hence the price changes. When I asked [redacted] about the inspection he said it would be an extra cost to top off fliuds. I again explained I didnt want that. [redacted] stood up making himself look larger, raising his voice and said the standard oil change is $15.95. I was only wanting an oil change and my car to be safety checked. [redacted] then asked if I still wanted the oil change I said yes he then replied if I was going to have attitude I could leave. I was blown back by this and asked for the manager. At this time [redacted] informed me he was the new owner. He then said he didn't know why I was still there and talking.

[redacted] then said with force I could contact the corporate office with anything further and told me to leave. As I was leaving [redacted] mumbles under his breath foul language about me which I replied no need to [redacted]. I didn't cuss at him nor did I flip him the bird. I was holding my purse, keys and a book while opening the door.

Review: shop worked on 3 vehicles, all 3 vehicles continue with same problems and new problems. vehicles were retuned a minimum of 3 times giving the shop an opportunity to rectify. Every time car kept coming back with new issues. Shop performed unauthorized repairs of working parts and replaced with cheap aftermarket parts. Worst experience with an auto shop ever.Desired Settlement: currently working on total,
