Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The lady that responded, I have never talked to or had an Email from her.  Like in my complaint, I also have not talked to this [redacted] or received any Email from her.  My home phone number of 16 years(with no caller ID, but we have always have had an answering machine for my husbands work)and my cell phone numbers has not changed.
The only person that I worked with was [redacted], she is not talked about a all.
I can see that it is her word against mine.  And I will probably never see a resulation on this.
Regards,

I would like to settle this dispute once and for all, please ask Mrs. [redacted] to contact my Executive administrator [redacted] @ [redacted] who I have copied in this email.  As mentioned before, we still have Ms. [redacted]’s hearing aids, and are no longer available for sell through consignment  per our original agreement  since the hearing aids are now well over 2 years old.  I would be willing to provide Ms. [redacted] with $1000 refund if she accepts this is satisfactory and close the case against PurTone.  Please advise[redacted], President/OwnerPurTone Hearing Centers LLC

Review: I have enclosed a Email I sent to the Copany in Jan. 2014 and again last week with no responds. I also have Emails from 03/19, 03/26, 04/09, 04/25, 05/02/2013.

To whom it may Concern:

Some time back in June, 2012 I went to your office at [redacted]. I was working with a gentleman by the name of [redacted], HIS.

I have hearing loss in the low range, and was always told that I would not benefit from Hearing Aids. When I first met with him he also asked why I haven’t checked into Hearing Aids. My replay was the cost was big a factor.

After trying a used pair I decide to buy some. He gave me Information on [redacted] for making payments. The total was $3500.00 for which I have been making payments and will continue to.

On July 06, 2012 when I got the new pair the left hearing aid had a high pitch in it. I had to go back to him in 1 week which I did. I told him of the high pitch and he put his micro thing on it and said all he hears is the Electronics in the room.

So I tried to live with it and it got worse. To the point that I was hearing ever y little thing it the world. I did wear it for months.

In my right ear, I have never had any wax or any problem with other than hearing loss. After wearing your Aids the wax built up so bad in my ear that I had to go the Hearing Dr. to have it removed twice. My canal in that ear would collapse ever time I would wear it. The vibration was so bad that my ear drum would hurt so bad that I refused to wear them.

I made an appointment with that office by I was told that Jamie was not there any more. So I saw [redacted]. My appointment was Feb 28, 2013 at 02:00pm.

I explained to her what is going on with me and she put the Aides on her computer and the readings were off the charts. She couldn’t understand it. She sent the left 1 in the have it repaired. When it came back they had to replace the audio or computer not sure at this point. Her suggestion for the collapsed canal was to put a small tube in my ear and I know that wasn’t going to happen.

I told her I didn’t want the Aide anymore. Since it was past 45 days trial it was too late to return them. I understand that, so I asked if they could sell them on consignment for half, that is all I want and she said that she would get the papers from your Attorney and mail them to me. To this day, I have not received them.

I have sent many Emails to her at [redacted]

I am sending the Email that she admits they have the Hearing Aids in their safe. Plus an Email from her on where she is putting this off on a person named [redacted] and no information and solution to my problem.

I stopped in May 2013 on the Emails. I wanted to see how long it would take to get the papers. It has been 11 months since I left them with her and I have not heard nor received them back from her. I don’t even know it they still have them or what happened to them.

So I have a bill for $3500.00 for nothing and your Company still has the Aids. So my question is this how you do Business? I will continue to pay my bill because I am a responsible honest person but I don’t think your employees are. You probably won’t do any thing about this but I had to let someone know, what rotten Customer Service you have.
