Here is Mr [redacted]’s invoice showing that he placed an order with our company, [redacted], on 1/23/14. We began processing the order on 1/24/14 and we contacted him 2/11/14 about an item he purchased that was out of stock. He took another item in exchange for the out of stock item and we...

shipped his order on 2/12/14. 

Here is our correspondence regarding the out of stock item and exchange he wanted. 

Once we shipped and [redacted] sends the shipping notice he responded with this email:

Here’s the tracking info from [redacted] stating his order was delivered 2/17/14 at 1:45pm, left at front door. 

This notice serves as proof of delivery for the shipment listed below.

He states he did not receive anything from us but he did not dispute this with his credit card company as far as my records show. 

Here is our store policy:

Order Fulfillment: Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email, as it is your receipt and will contain pertinent information. 

If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your junk folder. Normally, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours except for backorders or during pre-sales. In rare cases of a backordered item you will receive an email or phone call with further options. Pre-sales will ship in time that you will receive the item on the official release date.

As of today no shipping info. 3 emails and to the company with no response and they charged my bank account. There is no phone number or any other way to get ahold of the store.Desired Settlement: I would like them to overnight me the order they charged me for.
