Me along several other gym members were charged for the Month of December. Two days later the gym was closed for no payment from the owner ***
The owner *** gave us no notice or further information on why the gym closed. I was charged $50 on December 15th and my partner was charged $65 the gym had a closed sign on December 17th. No communication from the owner was sent. After trying several times to contact her she told us she had sent an email. We didn't receive an email although we were part of the email list.
I wish for *** to pay back the Month of December

Regarding Case #: XXXXXXXX, we apologize for the inconvenience the closing of Push West brought. We are not affiliated with this location however, because they have our name we are doing everything in our power to bring Push West members some kind of peace regarding their payments and a facility they can work out in. We, Push Fitness, opened our doors located at *** E *** El Paso, TX XXXXX at absolutely no cost and made sure emails were sent by *** (Push West owner.) Such email explained that Push West deeply regrets to inform that their doors will not be reopening. It also explains that *** has "teamed up with a gym here on the west side that opened his doors to us and he has agreed to transition us in to his home." This gym described is *** and is located in *** El Paso, TX XXXXX . *** owner has agreed to take in all of Push West members and allow them to finish any contract they started at Push West. He also agreed to honor rates that Push West offered. Push West Members may contact this location at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Again, we have no control over Push West side location but we have done our best to get on top of the situation. All former members will receive what they paid for at any of the two locations mentioned previously. I am sorry to hear they did not receive any of her emails or solutions as soon as possible. Because of this we are offering such consumer and her partner a 2 month membership here in Push Fitness.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are doing anything and everything possible so we can accommodate Push West members as best as possible.
