resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Yes it had to be delivered according to them or else they would charge me almost $40 if I refused delivery. So I had to accept it and return it to keep from being charged for it. Now they also owe me a return fee along with the shipping fee total amount I will accept is$8.00 and that doesn't cover it completely, but I will accept that amount. and then it will be resolved.
