Review: On 12/20/13 I placed order # [redacted], a christmas present. When I placed the order, there was a comment section where I requested I be notified of a shipping date. I received a confirmation of my order. I received a notice that my credit card had been charged. They did not reply to my shipping date request.

On 12/23/13. I received a blank email with the subject line stating order issue and that was it. I never recieved a shipping confirmation. On 12/27/13, I emailed them requesting an explaination of order issue as the e mail itself was blank. I had no response. On 12/30/13, I went on their website and attempted to contact them to get an order status and their computer errored my correspondence. I then sent them another email requesting information on my missing order. I requested that someone contact me that day. I've gotten no response. The order has not arrived.Desired Settlement: I expect to be contacted by pushin daisies and apologized to for being ignored. I want my order immediately as it was a christmas present OR an immediate refund so I can reorder it from amazon.com, as they have the item too.

Review: Placed an order with this store Sept 26th . I rec'd a package from them containing one coffin gift box that was bent and was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service through e-mail as that is the only contact provided on their site. I have saved all communication from them and will provide any e-mails necessary. On October 10th I was notified that they had found my order and were shipping it out. Nothing ever arrived. On October 21st. I was informed that they would pull the tracking information. That was the last communication I received from this company. On October 26th I requested a refund as I have waited more than long enough as the items were gift bags and boxes for Halloween. I spent $52.15 which included $14.20 for shipping and a $1.00 handling charge.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I paid for the items and shipping, but received nothing.
