I am rejecting this response because:We were very clear in our complaint as to what we required.The responses given do NOT address those needs.Contact, Brand & Warranty info have Still not been given.When the lien was suggested as I mentioned before we paid in full Not due to completion or satisfaction.We ended the long endured back and forth con*ersation due to its fruitlessness and are also unwilling to enter back into that.Given the quality we received Pomante will not be doing any further work on our home.This form will not allow us to add pictures, I ha*e attempted filling this out 3 times now.Regards,
