Wine was shipped times nobody was at home to received itSince its alcohol there is a need of an adult signature to receive it

We refunded this lady right away but she wants free wine and I said I am not giving her free wine that's why she is madSincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I never received the tracking number from Putah Creek Winery, despite being told on two different occasions that they
would send me the tracking information. I would have no way of knowing when I needed to be home to sign for the wine without the tracking information. I confirmed with UPS on Nov (today) that they can leave notifications of attempted delivery for wine shipments at my home, informing me that I would need to be home to sign - *** claimed in an email dated Nov 14, that UPS cannot leave such notifications for wine shipments. I do not believe the wine was shipped. I have not seen any tracking information for either of the two shipments the company claims they sent me. *** said in the email dated Nov 14, that she has processed my refund but I have not seen it go through yet
