Complaint2010 Kia under warranty is not being repaired. 4th time in dealership with same answer.My 2010 Kia Forte which is still under warranty has been brought to the Putnam Chrysler dealership for the 4th time today. I have contacted the Corporate office and they said it is the dealerhsip's responsibility to replace the part. The dealership keeps telling me they cannot replace without Corporate approval. Nothing was resolved the first three times, and then today I was told I am over 36k miles so that is beyond the warranty period. I brought the vehicle in for the first time for the same problem over a year ago with 20k miles.Desired SettlementI am looking for someone to actually fix the car, rather than tell me they will order a part and call me when it comes in. On my 3rd visit 6/24, I was told the exact same thing and was never contacted. When I called the dealership to check on the delivery status, they said they never placed the order.Business' Initial Response at this point, the issue is resolved. the vehicle is repaired and we are attempting to reach the customer again to verify there are no further issues that need attention. thank you.
