We do not accept returns on chemicals This has always been our policy and is posted at each register at each of my stores This policy has been in effect since the start of this company It is unfortunate that the complainant decided to take down their pool after purchasing the
chemicals to treat it

LIke I've stated before, no sign was present at time of purchase or returnYour employee was also not able to locate this alleged sign at time of return nor was this communicated over the phone the day of the purchaseIf any of your customers need chemicals I will gladly donate mine to them as this doesn't appear this issue will l be resolved.

As per phone communication with Revdex.com, business owner *** *** stated that he would go by and replace the screws in the next couple of days

As per phone communication with Revdex.com consumer stated: I am unable to attend mediation due to health issues However, I would like for the business owner to come by and replace the screws with the ones I received from the manufacturer I will leave the screws by the pump in a sealed container

I request mediation.   I am very confused by this complaint.

On July 12 I went out to Ms. [redacted] pool because she had called the shop the day before stating that the new motor that we had installed in May was not working and she also wanted her filter cleaned.  When I arrived I found the pump motor straining to move water.  I decided to clean the...

filter first to see if this would alleviate the issue before taking the pump apart, since this was something she requested that we do anyway while we were out.  Once I finished I started the pump motor and it immediately primed and was no longer under any strain and everything was working perfectly when I left.  There is NOTHING wrong with the motor we installed so their is no warranty that can be applied here.  If she is having the same problem again, she should backwash her filter because it is likely dirty again from all the algae in the pool.  A filter will have to be backwashed daily until it is clear when the pool is in that shape.  She requested 2 things: that we look at the motor we installed and that we clean the filter.  Both were completed.  She refuses to pay, gives a bad review on Facebook, and files a complaint with the Revdex.com to avoid paying for a service she requested?I attempted to return to Ms. [redacted] home to look at the motor once again but there was a large dog in the backyard.  I am willing to go out to look at the motor again if she will put up the dog.  BUT, if it is NOT a warranty issue, she WILL be charge for a trip fee of $110 for our time.  Please let me know when she can have the dog put up and I will gladly put her on the schedule.

I am rejecting this response because: No where in your Groves location does it state no returns on chemicals. Employee looked around store and said "oh we must have taken it down". Nor does it state this anywhere on receipt or documentation. If this is the case more training needs to be given to employees regarding company policy and this needs to be stated on receipt or verbally communicated at time of purchase. I will not conduct future business with your company or advise others to do so as well.

I personally replaced the drive on his pump so I can say with absolute certainty that it was installed properly.
