I am writing in response to the above complaint sent to Putnam investments by your agency on behalf of *** ***Please note that the account in question is registered to Mr*** ***, not to Mr***Therefore, because Mr*** has not provided any documentation of his capacity to
act for Mr***, and Mr*** has not authorized us to release personal or account information to your agency, we cannot disclose any account-specific information at this timeHowever, we can confirm that we have had numerous contacts with Mr*** regarding the annual IRA maintenance fees deducted from Mr*** account since its inception in via rollover from employer sponsored retirement plan administered by a third party record keeperThe Putnam IRA Plan was selected by this record keeper as an investment option for "Mandatory Rollovers" of small balance plan accounts held by former employees of the plan sponserOur records also indicate that Mr *** contacted us in to question the annual IRA maintenance fee, and to request from Mr***however, as a goodwill gesture, Putnam has agreed to reimburse Mr*** for the IRA maintenance feeds deducted from 2012-We have also provided Mr*** with information on how to transfer the remaining balance to another custodian
