Our dealings with Alder Glass and Aluminum have been the worst experience we have had with any company/business doing work on our home in over years of ownership The work that was promised was not done satisfactorilyA further attempt to rectify has left us with scratched windows (newly installed), and hours and cost on our part to repair the window frames Communication on their part was very poor; our phone calls and emails went unanswered We were forced to make four personal visits to the company's office to have our concerns dealt withWe strongly feel that the company does not live up to its promise of job satisfaction Rather than satisfaction, we were given excuses and at times blamed for our negligence We would not recommend this company to anyone We are prepared to discuss this further with anyone caring to learn more We still have the original written estimates, re-estimates, and numerous emails and phone notes which we collected over this three month debacle

We had Alder Glass design and install a glass shower enclosure for our master bedroom ensuite It was a bit of a tricky job because of the configuration of the adjoining bathtub and tile Our experience throughout the process was nothing but positive The sales and design people were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly The installation work was outstanding We really appreciated the precision and attention to detail We are particular about things fitting and aligning properly Fortunately, so are the people who installed our shower Overall, the combination of high quality design, materials, and workmanship resulted in a product which we are very happy with in terms of both aesthetics and function If you want quality workmanship combined with friendly customer service, these are your guys
