No I do not accept their response, because the owner [redacted] is absolutely not taking any responsibility in the fact that his facility is not in a condition of sanity environment. He also would not listen to any of my concerns regarding the issues I had on the day of the party. He knows that he can treat customers like this because Putt Putt really is the only place in Fort Wayne that can offer a service of outdoor Putt Putt. I am really in shock that he took no responsibility for the way his facility was on the day of the party and also for the response of this complaint. I provided sufficient evidence of how the facility was and also I can provide other witnesses of how the facility was. I do feel that a full refund is warranted. Also interesting that Putt Putt doesn't provide the customers with receipts so in situations like this the customer has no way to prove their side of the story for a refund. I do believe that due to their bad business practices there should be a permanent mark on their rating with the Revdex.com.
