Before I received the letter from Revdex.com, I had resolved this with the consumer directlyI was able to get the consumer his plates and registration mailed to himIt was just a matter of timing, I had to wait for those items to be sent to me, before I could send them to the consumer

I am rejecting this response because: the RV was purchased in Oct 2016. We had to make multiplecalls in December, January and February to finally get our ritle. This business held on to our cash for way too long. Beware, do not give this man cash, we were getting scared that we would never get a title. Tony did finally get it done but we would have been better off buying from an owner, it was on Craigslist as for sale by owner and then Tony shows up with a dealer license....
