I was told the postage would be sent in two business days and I still haven't received them. Due to the fact that I haven't received the return postage to return the tablet I have yet to receive a refund.

We acknowledge that this customer has requested a full refund before shipping back her tablet. We have issued a refund to the credit card information that was on file on 3/28/16. The refund amount of $37.95 will take about 3-5 business days to be reversed back into the bank account. [redacted] does not have to ship back the tablet, she may keep it. If for any reason she does not receive the the refund, we will go into further investigation and issue a check refund if need be.

card information. As for the tablet being used, we NEVER ship out used tablets. Unfortunately, she has clearly stated that she did receive a used tablet which we can only take fault for on behalf of our shipping department. We have refunded the initial charge of $47.90 and the month of May's payment of $29.95 and the $5.00 payment back to the credit card that was on file on 3/29/16.
We do not need the tablet shipped back to us at all. [redacted] is free to do whatever she will like to do with the tablet she received.

Never got a call. And was under the impression from them that they were sending my tablet out. As a matter of fact on the emails it clearly stated that you were sending out the tablet that week and I still never got it so that was clearly a lie.

I do see that [redacted] was never sent out a tablet. She had accidentally ordered the tablet 7 separate times under several different names. We have refunded ALL account charges back to her and have cancelled the subscriptions. The owner of the company did call and leave a voicemail in regards to the last open account refunded and that we will be sending her out a tablet free of charge with a lifetime membership. We never received any correspondence back form [redacted]. At this moment in time, we have also not yet sent out a tablet due to low inventory. We will be shipping out a tablet to her with a free lifetime membership here within the next two weeks. price includes the tablet for $9.95, the first month membership for $29.95, and $8 for shipping. The second month you will only be paying the subscription fee of $29.95. After the two months is over, you will be billed on a month to month basis and may cancel at anytime without any cancellation fees. I have refunded the $8 shipping amount as promised to you. I have also refunded the two charges of $5 and $9.95 from October 30th, those were a billing error on our end and we apologize for this mistake. I have also refunded the last two charges of $29.95 for December and November. Your account has been cancelled with us and your billing information has been depleted.
