Puzzle Village

If I could give zero stars, I would! Took 3 1/2 months to get my order. Nowhere did it say from China. Customer service is horrible, robotic, repetitive answers. The best is that they have now changed their name! Puzzles are very low quality as well. Do not but from them, you’ll be waiting forever!

Ordered April 24th and still waiting for them to arrive. Zero help from administrators at PuzzleVillage. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Posting this review as a warning to future shoppers with this retailer because they offer no opportunity to share reviews on their website. Their products originate in China and ship to the US via Yanwen, which means it can take up to 30 days or more from the date the package is dropped off. "Shipping time" on their website means how long it takes them to give the package to Yanwen, not how long it will take for you receive the order. Any further ETA requests on your order will go ignored by their staff because once they give it to Yanwen there's nothing they can do.
