Review: I returned for exchange a dress shirt. I wanted an IZOD ([redacted]) Big & Tall Long Sleeve Down Small Plaid Shirt (Color: Real Red) 2XL.

I have not received the replacement IZOD (UPC [redacted]) Big & Tall Long Sleeve Down Small Plaid Shirt (Color: Real Red) 2XL.

I have written/called to where I sent the exchange ([redacted]) but haven't gotten any answers when my exchange will be processed.

The exchange was returned via [redacted] and delivered on Tuesday, 11/**/2015 at 9:39 am and signed for by [redacted].Desired Settlement: IZOD (UPC [redacted]) Big & Tall Long Sleeve Down Small Plaid Shirt (Color: Real Red) 2XL. My mailing address is [redacted], [redacted]

Although Big & Tall was never sold in our IZOD stores, [redacted], a Customer Service Representative, did work with an internal department to find a suitable replacement. As the style of shirt that [redacted] is no longer available, we are able to offer a similar style. It was also confirmed that the similar shirt is not available in red but is available in three other colors. [redacted] attempted to contact [redacted] on 1/**/2016 by phone and left a voicemail message when the customer did not reply. [redacted] then sent [redacted] an email on 1/**/2016 asking that he call [redacted] back so she may assist him. We have not heard back from the customer. Tell us why here...

Review: I bought a couple packages of Izod underwear ([redacted]). I e-mailed Izod customer service (confirmation # [redacted]) the question below, but they did not respond. I also e-mailed Catherine F[redacted] and Janet C[redacted] at PVH with no response.

"Is your underwear free from perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs), formaldehyde, petrochemical dyes, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), polycrylonitriles, or other harmful chemicals?"Desired Settlement: Answer my question. Review: I purchased a Printed Notched Skirt (UPC#[redacted]) and the corresponding 3 Quarter Sleeve Scuba Top (UPC#[redacted]) in Static (color) for a particular occasion the end of September 2015 on [redacted]. I wore these articles of clothing for the first and only time for a work event in December 2015. At the end of the day, the band of white on on the front of both the top and skirt were visibly soiled. The items have black/white color block pattern. I checked the clothing label and found machine wash was recommended. Upon laundering these items, the black dye in the garment was clearly not colorfast and discolored the white material in the skirt as well as the top. I reached out to Dillard's Customer Service and they indicated after sixty days it is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customer Service provided me with contact information for Calvin Klein. Upon the initial call, I was transferred to 'Retail' customer service and provided my name, phone number and email address. I was told the 'Apparel' Department would contact me in 3-4 days. When there was no return call, I called a second time and Customer Service indicated they would oblige by emailing them again. They provided me with the Apparel Department email and I proceeded to email them pictures of the damaged clothing. It has been more than two weeks and there has been no response from [redacted] to follow up with me or offer any type of resolution. I would like to be made whole by having my garments replaced. Thank you kindly for this opportunity to express my concerns and reservations about this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or replacement as the garments can not be worn. I'd like to see [redacted] take responsibility and stop ignoring customers' complaints.

Customer [redacted] contacted our Customer Service on January **, 2016 regarding her shirt. The representative forwarded the customer's complaint over to the manufacturer on the same day. On January [redacted] the manufacturer emailed the customer to request photos of the items. On the [redacted] the manufacturer offered to send the customer a replacement. However, the customer informed the manufacturer that she did not want the same items as she was afraid that the same issue would occur. On February [redacted] the manufacturer offered the customer other options and the customer agreed to this replacement. The manufacturer shipped these items to the customer on February [redacted].

Review: I e-mailed Izod/PVH a month ago asking for a return label for 2 pairs of Izod boxers. They responded by asking the reason for return, item #, etc. I provided them with that information. They said they'd resolve it. I never heard back. I e-mailed them again. Again, they asked for reason for return, item #, etc. I provided it. I never heard back. I e-mailed them again.
