Review: Applied for a certain type of visa that we needed for our return back to another country that we have resided in, We stipulated exactly what we needed and our request was not read/ignored. When we brought up this mistake the manager said that it was their problem and that they will fix this problem. Well we received back our passports and they did not fix the problem and just gave us a visa from the Embasy that we were trying to get a particular type of visa so that we could return back to this country to renew our green cards to work and PVS did not honor their promise. Now we have a visa that we did not want and in order to get the visa that we required will cost us another $10,000 in airfare to fly back to the U.S. to restart the process again. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!Desired Settlement: For the Owner of this business to take full responsibility and fix this problem of their employees not checking thoughly ALL Documents sent or included with their appication. Also to change their application stating which visa that's required (seems to be missing in their application file). That's all!
