PWA Global was taking $19.90 out of my mother’s checking account but mom caught it after 3 months. We complained to the bank asking how a check can be cashed without my mother’s signature. The bank reimbursed my mother. What I don’t understand how a crooked company is allowed to stay in business in the state of New York.

Review: My 94 year old father has been allowing this company to take 19.90$ every month out of his checking account since 2011. It has come to my attention since he is in a nursing home and I have power of attorney. My father did not understand what he allowed and that is the point, preying on elderly people in retirement homes or nursing homes. There is no phone number I can call to cancel this. I will be hoeing to the bank tomorrow to stop the bleeding of his account.Desired Settlement: Want a refund going back to at least 2011. They must know when they started to withdraw the money. He was a World War II vet and I can not believe this company could be so lecherous.
