They may have the phone conversations recorded, and I urge that they provide the recording I would never have agreed to have the services done without getting an estimate and know how much it would cost I knew that it would take more then 4-hours to do the job They did mention the hourly rate but I really was not concern with that, I was just going to wait for the person to come and give me a full estimate, and then I was going to decide if I wanted the service or not Why else would I be calling them first thing in the morning asking if the person doing the estimate was coming When I called (I think around am on the 5th) to inquire about the person doing the estimate, they told me that the person should be there by am (on the 5th) I still didn't hear from them so I called them back at 11:am when they told me someone has been at the house since am, the workers went inside without me being present, without an estimate being done, and without my permission That is why I asked them to immediately stop doing what they were doing and I went to the house to see what was happening (I had already moved to my new house and was not at the house that was being cleaned) Their own story does not make sense If what they were saying was true, why would I keep calling them and asking about the person that was going to do the estimate?! I had put aside $to do the service When I spoke to the workers, they said that they were about half way done, and that is what I estimated too when I checked what they had done by that time I did agree for them to finish the job for another $because at this point I was left with no choice They were supposed to work from 12:pm to 2:pm, which would have been two more hours I went back to the house just before pm and the workers were already gone, the job was not even close to being done It seemed as they left shortly after I left at noon as very little had been done since then I called to ask what had happened The person on the phone said that they will check and call me back, I did not get a call back I called again on the next day and they did not answer my call And they did collect the funds! Its a lie that they did not charge my card! I gave them my credit card information to because they said they needed it to initiate the job (get the estimate done) and said no charges will be made until I give my authorization I never authorized any charges to my card and yet they did charge it without my permission I had disputed the charge with my credit card company The credit card company had temporarily stopped the charge, but after PWC send the credit card company this bogus replay, the credit card company authorized the charge They'll argue that I agreed on the $charge plus taxesYes, I agreed for them to finish the job for that price, not for the charge prior to me inspecting the job being done The job was still only half way done, but they charge the full amount I am disputing the full amount because even though they supposedly did half the work, upon inspection being done by the landlord, even the work they did was unacceptable and the landlord wanted everything cleaned again

We performed cleaning services for this individual ongoing One of our cleaners washed the comforter in error and she totally went ballistic swearing up a storm at her and literally kicking her out of her homeI happen to be on the phone with her and heard the whole ordealI have been nothing but cordial, respectful, and nice to this individualShe continues to belittle us and swear usI have ordered three comforters to replace the one that was damaged and she refuses them even though they're the [redacted] model she tells us to order:*December 26- [redacted] 's first-order - attached*January - [redacted] order*January [redacted] 's second -orderI would be glad to pay the funds for any of the comforters I orderyd.- See attached - $This individual does not treat the hired help correctly and belittles them and treats them like they ar nothing.We are a reputable business serving Hawaii since and employing people full-time [redacted] can not be satisfied

been nothing but cordial, respectful, and nice to this individual. She continues to belittle us and swear us.
