Hello [redacted] , I hope this email finds you doing wellI am writing in response to complaint ID [redacted] from a Mr[redacted] Here is my experience/response: On April 11, 2016, one of my associates [redacted] spoke with Mr[redacted] It was agreed upon, by both parties, that [redacted] would oversee the completion of Mr[redacted] 's projectAll of the work completed has been protected; any damage that has occurr**--such as transmission seals, was caus [redacted] by the car not being driven--not by negligenceIt is true that Mr[redacted] 's vehicle has been stor [redacted] outside, just as all of our other vehicles areMr[redacted] 's car was outside but coveredAny scratches to the paint job well be repaired prior to completionThe only reference regarding a lawsuit was made by Mr[redacted] I quickly suggest [redacted] that Mustang Auto be allowed to complete the project as a law suit would not benefit either parties.My attorney advised Mustang Auto to cease all work on the vehicle until a new contract was signed as Mr[redacted] has indicated a law suitWe however, are more interested in completing Mr[redacted] 's project and we have not stopped working on his project, nor will we do so until completedThank you, [redacted] Owner--Mustang Auto and Classic Carswww.mustangauto.com

The business has never once contacted me since I indicated my willingness to go to courtI taled* to ** about the car and he indicated he wold carve out time to get it done, not that it was the position of the business that it should be doneI have not been told or asked about a new contractI have received no updates and have no idea if the work is being doneThe business has my email address, my phone number, my wife's phone number, my father in law has come to the shopThis business has made numerous promises in the past to complete this work and every one of them was not honoredEvery single oneThe "updates" I was getting about the status of the care were not even remotely trueNot merely inaccurate, but outright falseSo, the proposed action would be great except that I have heard the same proposed action many, many times over years and I still have no car
