I am rejecting this response because:
We are still waiting. It would be nice if they would call and let us know what is going on. We just got an e-mail and it said you closed the case. Why would the Revdex.com do this? We have been waiting since Oct. for them to fix our problem. Do you really think they would fix it that fast. It's not fixed and we have not heard from them!!! Please re-open the case. The reason I did not respond to this e-mail is we are in kidding season for our goats and have been busy. I was also trying to give PWS time to call and get the stuff they need to fix the problem in. As usual NO CALL and NO FIX.

Review: PWS built us a metal building that leaks. It cost over $32,000. We have been working with their contractor John since the first rain last October 2013. He told us he would fix the leaks, but has not fixed it. Our barn was built to house goats and hay. Our goats are due to kid April 10 and 11th and do not have a dry place to do it because of the leaks. We worry that our hay will get wet, and never know how bad it will leak. We've taken many pictures of the leaks. There is also a storage/office area that we framed and walled in. It has leaked into the walls and we're worried that mold will grow in the walls. Their contractor John has told us many things throughout the build and trust is now an issue. We would really like to get the problem solved before the rains are over. We've contacted the owner, Don Kearn and he has not helped at all. We asked him to come see the leaking roof, but he refers back to John. This was a used building, but before we ever got started on the project we asked John about the possibility of the roof leaking and he said it should not. He stated they are just taking it down and rebuilding it on our property. It did not leak before they moved it.Desired Settlement: We want the roof sealed so it does not leak, NOW! We would like to go to sleep at night and not worry about how bad the barn is going to leak. We paid PWS over $32,000 for this building.
