Review: I purchased a car from Pyles Auto sales on 9/29/15 which he said was in fair condition and road ready.I have pictures to prove the car was in poor condition and unsafe to be on the road.A month after owning this vehicle I was driving it and the frame Broke and came down on the axle and Transmission and locked up all four wheels.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to make it right and refund my money back.

But please understand that if they're going to leave a review, we expect full honesty & disclosure on their part for the general public to see. This gentleman purchased a $1,500,00 car from us that had 168,000 miles on it. He was told each of the three times that he had been here that the vehicle was one we had taken in on trade & that it would not be run through our shop prior to sale. He was told several times that this vehicle was being sold as-is, as seen, with no warranties or guarantees at that price point. He signed paperwork agreeing to these facts. He was also welcomed to take it to a mechanic of his own choosing prior to purchase. Our warranty company does not permit us to warranty any vehicle that sells for less than $2,500.00 and we have signs posted in our office disclosing that.Thank you,Pyle's Auto Sales[redacted]
