I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The phone numbers listed are not correct for me - I am not sure where the work number even came from.  I called from my office phone of 414.410.2936.  If I had known that the teller had the capability to check my late fee, I would have called another teller or insisted on talking to her manager.  I encountered this same issue a year prior when calling a teller at a different branch location.  Both tellers insisted that I needed a mortgage banker to find out what my late fees were.

Thank you for affording us the opportunity to provide a detailed response to the consumer complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] (the “Claimant”).  We take this claim very seriously, and have conducted a thorough review of our interactions and events that occurred in connection with her concerns. Conclusions are as follows:   The claimant is correct in her statement regarding the ability to view only her checking account through the online banking portal on January 13, 2018. On January 13, 2018 the Bank experienced a system wide problem with our online banking system that resulted in some customer accounts not appearing in online banking. This online banking issue was corrected on January 15, 2018.  The savings account in question was closed on November 3, 2017, as the minimum balance requirements were not maintained, and the account was inactive. The account carried a $0 balance since June of 2017.     Thank You,     [redacted]

Conclusions are as follows: The claimant is correct in her statement regarding the ability to submit payments for any mortgage late fees through the PyraMax online banking portal. This functionality is not currently available through online banking.  The claimant’s statement regarding issuance of delinquent loan notices “only if you are really late” is incorrect. The Bank issues delinquent loan notices when the account is over 30 days past due, which is an industry standard.  In this case, a notice would not be generated, as the mortgage account in question did not exceed 30 days past due. The claimant indicated she had no way of knowing the amount of the late fee due on her account. We find this statement to be inaccurate.  The billing statement issued 11/17/17 for the account in question clearly details the late fee(s) due.  In addition, our records indicate a PyraMax Bank Recovery Specialist contacted the claimant at (262) 501-6118 and left voicemails regarding the late payment on 12/21/17 and 12/27/17.The claimant specifically indicated “…I attempted to contact the nearest branch office by phone, the Water Street location, and the teller I spoke to had trouble looking up my mortgage to begin with. She also could not see ANY of my late fees, so she could not tell me what my total loan payment with late fees would be. She also said that because she could not see what my late fees where that she could not allocate any portion of my phone payment towards my late fees. I asked her how on earth I was supposed to pay my late fees if I could not see them on line, could not pay them on line AND she could not see them at the branch and could not pay them at the branch. I was literally trying to pay my overdue mortgage payment and could not pay the full amount because I had no idea what it was AND no one - no regular person could help me. Unfortunately this is what must be done to remove someone'sname from a mortgage.[redacted] also informed him that, in order to remove his wife's name from title and deed he shouldcontact an attorney (see email). This is something that an attorney has to draft for the client and haverecorded by the county that the property resides in. The lender cannot draft these documents orremove, someone legally from mortgage.[redacted] in a later email reiterated that removing his wife's name from the correspondence wouldremove her name from the escrow check. She also informed him per his request terms of loansavailable.Mr.[redacted], did not provide the bank with a copy of the death certificate, in order to remove hiswife from correspondence. I've done business with Pyramax for several years. I recently had damage on my second home in rural WI. When trying to have Pyramax endorse my inusrance check I got the run around. After being shifted around to the end of the counter I was told I have to deposit the funds into an escrow account. The teller was doing her best but was on the phone with someone who seemed quite confrontational. I was told that I had to deposit the check into an escrow account and my contractor needed to submit invoices and lien releivers to get funds. The contractor is a small business 100+ miles away and can no way do this. I spoke with the branch mgr and she handed the phone to me and some Christine. Christine was RUDE at best and basically said that's out policy. So much for small town banks interested in local business. Christne I believe was hiding in her office as I was told she would be with me in a couple of minutes. Not the way local banking should be handled.
