I have no idea where to startI only gave this company one star, because "no stars" and "negative stars" isn't an option
I saw the owner "***" working on my neighbor's driveway and asked him to come by and work on my mother's walkwayHe made it seem like it wasn't a problem and negotiated the contract with my mother throughout the weekHe even drove to Miami Beach (from WPB) to get the initial depositHe said that it would be a one week project and we took him at his word
Needless to say, the whole week, he barely showed upWould come to the house at about 12-12:in the afternoon, and leave by 2-2:I don't know what part of that work schedule validates the initial deposit he needed, especially considering we were buying the additional materials he needed (dirt and soil)I asked my mother to ask him if he had another job because he wasn't showing up and working an appropriate day, and he said "no." He wouldn't call herHe wouldn't tell her if/when he was coming byNothingMy mother said he needed to communicate better because she just needed to know what was going onThe next day, he knocked on the door and proceeded to tell me that he did, in fact, have another job(so basically, he lied to my mother.)
My two neighbors saw him working on the house and asked him to work on theirsHe started BOTH OF THEIR PROJECTS and STILL hasn't finished mineThen I realized that as long as he appeared like he was working, then he could get paid from everyoneThe one week project has since turned into a month long projectAnd since then, it has rained, so the dirt that was supposed to covered has washed into our backyardThe dirt we paid for, by the way
We finally got in a professional and have had all the shortcuts and shoddy work pointed out to usAlso, the "workers" that he claims to have are just guys he picks up at Home Depot (one of them told us) and he will continue to tell you "my phone died" "my truck died" "I'll be there Saturd
