10/after purchasing a home Pyramid Roofing was contracted to replace the roof which had a 4' skylight 5/2014, the roof leaked causing interior damage I had expressed to Pyramid that I just wanted the leaking to stop and cost was not important Pyramid did four repairs including flashing, partial roof replacement and numerous tubes of sealant Spring the roof leaked in the same area I called Pyramid twice and was told the roof could only handle so much rain??? and they never called back There is a year labor warranty After hiring other contractors the result was replacement of the old skylight I personally inspected the opening during the replacement and all four corners had been leaking due to improperly installed flashing Pyramid used lower quality shingles for repair It was also determined the new flashing on chimney was not properly installed causing leaks Pyramid did substandard work & and unable recognized roofing problems or resolve them

Spring 2015 the roof leaked in the same area. I called Pyramid twice and was told the roof could only handle so much rain??? and they never called back. There is a 5 year labor warranty . The worst hail storm hits Colorado Springs on 29'th August 2016 and the timing was so bad since I was in the middle of closing my house. However, Pyramid Roofing Corp rise to the occasion and did the amazing showcase of professionalism by finishing the roof work on time so that I was able to sell my house on the exact date. Additionally, they tracked the subcontract work that includes paint job as well as the window replacements and made sure to finish those jobs on time. My hats off to Scot and the team.
